Still haven’t had enough with Deadpool and Wolverine? Well, fans are in luck because Ryan Reynolds has something in store for those who already miss the interactions between the Marvel pair.
Variety reported that Reynolds is working on a non-Marvel film and will feature co-star Hugh Jackman pairing up again alongside director Shawn Levy. The Deadpool actor shared the news when he was on a recent interview on a Variety Awards Circuit Podcast episode, which will be released later this week. In the podcast, Reynolds stated that he will be spending the year writing the movie for himself, Jackman, and Levy and has nothing to do with Marvel.
While he still has yet to reveal plot details, Variety wrote that Reynold’s enthusiasm implied something unique and unexpected will be present in his upcoming work which will be in development over the next year. It’s uncertain if a studio has greenlit the project or not, but the upcoming film will be something everyone’s looking forward to considering Deadpool and Wolverine did amazingly well in terms of popularity.Â
Reynold’s upcoming project will be his third collaboration with the Deadpool and Wolverine director, Shawn Levy. And with Hugh Jackman joining up with the Canadian superstar, fans of Marvel and movie buffs alike should anticipate some hilarious interactions between the pair once they finish creating their new film together.
